At FlowPure, we want you to enjoy every drop of clean water; if you are not completely satisfied with your filtration system, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all installation components to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your filtration system and any unused filters in the original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship to FlowPure

  Send your return via a trackable shipping service to our central warehouse; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is confirmed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
